The Presidential Villa with a Private Pool consists of 3 floors and covers 120 square meters. The living room of the villa is located on the ground floor. The space features a corner sofa, a dining table, an open-plan kitchen, and a minibar. This area is ideal for guests to gather together and spend time with one another. Enjoy creating delicious Greek meals in your kitchen for all guests to enjoy.

Head out onto the outdoor area, where there is a furnished terrace with a double private pool with two built-in sunbeds, which tantalize the feeling of relaxation. Spend your days out here soaking up the warm Grecian sun and enjoying some much-needed relaxation.

On the first floor of the villa, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished balcony with a panoramic view of the beach. Enjoy morning coffees here as the sun rises. This is the perfect beginning to a day in your Grecian paradise.

There is also a bedroom on the second floor which also features a double bed. This master bedroom offers a magnificent sea view and has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This allows guests privacy and peace from other guests in the villa. There will be no better feeling than waking up and gazing out onto the glistening sea below.
