The property rests on a stretch of powdery pink sandy beach and is set amidst a lush tropical landscape. The private beach lies a tiptoe away, the perfect place to enjoy a picnic or walk along the soft shore and let the water lap over your toes. Go shell hunting along the beach and explore the warm shallow pool of water in total seclusion from the outside world. The sun-kissed haven is the perfect place to experience your dream vacation.

You can also enjoy the turquoise ocean water and the famous pink sand beach right from your backyard as the villa oversees the whole area. The well-maintained lawn and landscaped gardens create an ambience of luxury and elegance. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers that are laced around the large infinity pool or slip into the refreshing waters for a crisp swim. You can enjoy a lovely light meal in the tiki hut or make your way to the outdoor cabana to prepare a delicious meal. You can also sunbathe out on the sandy shore if you wish under the Tiki Huts, creating an authentic Caribbean experience. The perfect backdrop relaxing by the sea couldn’t be easier. You can also enjoy a wide range of activities including swimming, boating, diving and snorkelling in these freshwaters.

The bedrooms in the villa are truly luxurious with each room a masterpiece of design, featuring hi-tech amenities and extraordinary views. Each en-suite bathroom throughout the entire villa is very modern and fitted with European fixtures and custom tile work. The Ground floor is where you will first come across two of the villa's bedrooms. There are two Queen-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a fitted glass-enclosed rainfall shower (bedrooms seven and eight). These bedrooms are located near the Home Theatre. There are also two bedrooms (bedrooms five and six) with Queen-sized platform beds and both have a private En-suite bathroom with glass-enclosed showers. The rooms have a large closet as well as a flat-screen TV installed with Netflix. Both rooms are located near the sauna and steam room.

Moving up to the first floor, there are a total of four bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two are located at the front of the villa and offer exceptional views of the pool and the glistening Atlantic Ocean. The bedrooms include; a King-sized platform bed, private en-suite bathroom, large freestanding bathtub, glass-enclosed rainfall shower, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with Netflix and amazing views. Bedrooms three and four are located in the north-west corner, side by side. They include King-sized platform beds, en-suite bathrooms, glass-enclosed rainfall showers, large closet space, flat-screen TV with Netflix and access to private balconies for each.

The first floor is where you will come across the main living areas. The space follows an expansive open design concept and embeds the large living and dining areas. The area overlooks the ocean views and opens into the spacious outdoor patio. The elongated dining table can seat up to twelve guests. The living area is towards the front of the room and includes three plush sofas. The room is completed with high rise ceilings and ceiling fans ensuring comfortable temperatures throughout your stay. The room includes a full-size bar and a high-resolution television. There is a second seating area perched beside the fireplace, perfect for the cooler seasons. The room then leads you into the large fully equipped kitchen. This area is fitted with an array of amenities including handless custom cabinetry, a custom cooking island, slab stone counters, dual refrigerators, a baker’s wall oven, a gas range with a hood, built-in microwaves as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor of the villa. The bedroom and bathroom are on the east side and both have direct views of the ocean. The business office, also located on the top floor, has large windows and a glass door that leads to the private balcony.

The villa comes with a variety of features including the private spa and steam room, a fully equipped gym and the home theatre. The gym covers a total space of 300 sf² (27 m²) and features a full suite of top quality workout equipment such as a Treadmill with HRM, Recumbent bicycle, Elliptical trainer, Ab crunch, Free weights, punching bags, Lat pull down, Leg extension and a Leg press. The Steam room and Sauna offer you time to relax after a workout. The homes theatre is where you can wind down in the evening snuggled up on the plush sofas as you settle to watch your favourite romantic film or get ready for a hilarious comedy film. The theatre enjoys a large space of 400 sf² (37 m²). This private in-house Cinema is a state-of-the-art movie room with luxurious leather seating and with the ultimate in high-tech surround sound system and large screen. The spa and massage room are ready for you to realign your energy at any time throughout your stay. Maybe arrange for your private masseuse to give you a relaxing traditional massage in the morning before you start the day.

Asian House can be rented with Modern House, creating an 18-bedroom estate, ideal for large groups.

SERVICES
• The villa includes daily cleaning services from two members of our cleaning staff from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday and 2 pm to 5 pm on Sunday.
• Two beach personnel come early every morning to clean and rake the beach in front of the house, open up the beach cabana and set up the beach chairs.
• * Chef services are available. We have an approved chef for the villa. Chef's fee and meals are pre-arranged directly with the chef at an additional cost.
• Included activities such as board games, paddle boards, kayaks and various beach games including volleyball are available.
• The villa has two complimentary, 4-person golf carts that guests may use to get around the island.
• On island property managers, maintenance personnel and technicians are available within minutes of the house.
• Boat rental for 10 guests max is available at an additional cost.
