Welcome to Artina Villa, a luxury residence built on a private property expanding 21 acres and pleasantly poised on an elevated plateau of limestone cliffs sweeping down to the Ionian Sea.

Artina Villa is luxuriously equipped, handsomely furnished and decorated, allowing guests the perfect combination of comfort and elegance. This magnificent villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms.

The interiors of Artina Villa are truly spectacular, all set off by the large floor to ceiling windows throughout the house – welcoming the scenic views of the lush garden and Ionian Sea beyond. A spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area is the heart of Villa Artina and boasts a beautiful high ceiling, soft muted pastel colours and access to the shaded veranda via large glass sliding doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large refrigerator with freezer stocked with refreshments and ingredients for a full breakfast to start guests’ day perfectly. There is full cooking and dining equipment with a cooker, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, coffee machine, wine freezer and dishwasher. A large stone-topped island and high stools in the kitchen area allows guests a casual dining option. The dining table separates the kitchen from the living area and seats up to 8 guests.

Two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and satellite television make up the modern living area. These sofas may also be converted in to two single beds if guests require. This area also features a PlayStation, laptop and printer, sound system, CD/DVD player and central climate control. A fireplace in the corner of this spacious room encourages a homely and warm feel for guests to relax and unwind in this magnificent home away from home. The subdued greys and cream colours of this large living space are brightened up by the splash of turquoise, a hue which accurately mirrors the blue Ionian waters.

Artina Villa is spread across one floor, making it an ideal residence for children and elderly people alike. The three bedrooms all follow the same design, with simplistic furniture, natural colours and a large glass sliding door in each room leading to the veranda. Each of the bedrooms feature autonomous climate control, a flat screen television with satellite channels, a closet and a safe. Both of the master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and stunning garden views, with one boasting additional swimming pool and sea views. The two en-suite bathrooms along with the communal bathroom feature a bathtub and shower cabin, hair dryer, bath amenities, quality towels, bathrobes and slippers and are sleek in design. The twin room has views to the swimming pool, garden and sea but does not have an en-suite bathroom.

Large grey tiles employed throughout this villa deliver a sense of continuity and elegance coupled with the natural colours of the furnishings and fittings compliment pleasantly the panoramic views outside.

The pale stonework on the exterior of Artina Villa is a charming glimpse in to what this luxurious villa has to offer. The luscious lawns, individual stones creating pathways and flourishing olive trees create an idyllic and relaxing setting before guests step inside their holiday getaway. The lawn wraps around the whole residence, an ideal space for children to explore. The back of Villa Artina is the real highlight of this fabulous residence with a private heated swimming pool the length of the house facing the Ionian Sea, complete with sun loungers, an outdoor hot water shower, aero and hydro massage and a shallow end for younger guests.

The covered veranda meets the swimming pool, allowing all guests to be involved in outdoor activities. Towards the edge of Villa Artina, nestled under some towering trees, is a play area for children with miniature kids’ table and chairs, a slide and tyre swings hanging from the trees. A hammock is also provided, a beautiful spot to read a book and look out at the magnificent views.

The large outdoor space of Villa Artina also houses an area for dining al fresco with a BBQ, a large dining table and chairs and fully-stocked bar with stools. This welcoming zone is quintessential for entertaining and enjoying the views from Artina, be it day or night.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary welcome pack which includes ingredients for a complete breakfast, traditional local delicacies, local wines and rare and unique olive oil.

Artina Villa can host up to 8 guests, with three large bedrooms and 2 sofa-beds. A baby’s cot may also be introduced on request.
