The open-plan Great Room features 20-foot-high ceilings and large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, providing an abundance of bright, light and airy space. Within the Great Room are spacious relaxation and entertainment areas, a gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. Stylish and oversized comfortable sofas and armchairs are ideal for relaxing with your guests and enjoying the fabulous home theatre system whilst some might prefer to enjoy a game of billiards or table football. The adjacent gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to create amazing meals including a 5-burner range, double ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dish washers, natural stone counter tops and beautiful wooden cabinetry. The adjoining dining area features a table to seat up to 12 guests and leads naturally out onto the lanai. And of course, the outside can be welcomed into The Great Room at any time, due to the glass sliding doors.

The outside space features over 2,000 square feet of lanai, both covered and uncovered, with a 46-foot salt-water infinity pool, hot tub and baja terrace for relaxing and enjoying the pleasures of outdoor living. A gas grill with small fridge enables al fresco cooking and dining.

Artevilla features five full bedroom suites with three suites situated in the main building of the house and two more in the garden courtyard. Each suite has a very spacious en suite bathroom with some featuring outside showers.
