The villa has a large pool and the gardens are beautifully landscaped with exceptional tropical plants and flowers. The outdoor area is definitely the most spectacular part of this villa. The villa's location also makes this property more enjoyable for guests. Just a short 40 meters from the Kahandamodara beach. Easy accessibility is also great for young families and children. The beach is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the wonderful Indian sun. Children can also enjoy playing in the sand and splashing in the warm water.

Step inside your magnificent villa and be immediately greeted by luxury and rustic charm. The design of this villa perfectly suits the beautiful outdoors. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious home, full of life and fresh air. This home, accommodating 8 people offers you beauty and comfort all in one.

This property features a family suite with a king bed and two single beds if required. This room also includes an en suite bathroom and a separate shower and bathtub. Each bedroom is light-filled, with high ceilings. The large glass windows from the rooms and open grill door leading from the lounge allow for a spectacular view of the sea and a spacious back garden with a private swimming pool. The two sea view rooms each have a private terrace leading to the beach and pool.

The entrance to the villa is via the wide driveway dotted with bougainvillea and frangipani leading up to the entrance where peacocks relax in the shade of the frangipani and the well-laid-out private garden. On a bright full moon night, turtles may be seen swimming ashore to lay their eggs in the soft white sands that make this beach one of the best on the southern coast. Each king room has a sea view and a separate private terrace overlooking the pool and ocean.

The management and staff at Ardeen Villa are devoted to providing an unforgettable vacation. They will cater to your every need during your stay. The two chefs in the villa take pride in preparing the most delicious dishes to suit your palates. Both local and western cuisine can be made for you and your family and friends to enjoy.

There is an outdoor wood-fired BBQ and guests are encouraged to cook their own meals with the assistance of the chef who will provide the sausages, meats, seafood, and vegetables marinated to the guest's preferences.

The villa was originally built in 2012 but underwent a major refurbishment and upgrade in 2019 and is considered one of the best in the Tangalle and Ranna neighborhoods.

THINGS TO DO:
Sightseeing:
• Yala, Bundala, and Uda Walawe Game Parks are approximately a 1-1/2-hour drive from Ardeen Villa. When you arrive at the entrance to the Park you will have to hire a vehicle and a tracker to drive around the Park.
• The historical Galle Fort is approximately a 1hour drive from Ardeen Villa.
• The Bundala Bird Sanctuary is a one-hour drive.
• Kalametiyawa Bird Sanctuary is approximately a half-hour drive.
• Dolphin and whale watching at Mirissa and Dikwella is a one-hour drive.
• Surf beach at Kudawella is a 40-minute drive. Many bays in the area for swimming and bathing.
• The blowhole is a 30-minute drive.
• A boat ride at dusk on the lagoon can be arranged by the staff where several species of birdlife can be seen in large numbers.
• You can watch the fishermen draw their nets with the day's catch or sit by the lagoon enjoying the sunset and learning the art of prawn fishing.
• Explore and relax outside the villa on the beautiful pristine stretch of beach

Swimming in the sea is seasonal, and should only be undertaken during the calmer months of the year. There are no lifeguards on duty and care should be taken when swimming in the ocean. The sandy beach allows for hours of sunbathing and relaxation and fun for children.
