Welcome to Arca Villa, a charming 6 bedroom villa perched at the top of a hill on the one-acre estate on the beautiful South coast of Antigua. Arca Villa is the perfect spot for groups and family gatherings large or small. This Antigua villa rental consists of 6 bedrooms in total, each with access to the terraces and pool and a stunning view of Falmouth and English Harbour.

Arca villa is located in the Southside of Antigua only 5 minutes drive to wonderful beaches with clear crystal water, (Galleon Beach and Pigeon Beach) and 7 minutes from Historical Nelson's Dockyard, marinas and restaurants with great nightlife entertainment. Antigua is known as the island with 365 beaches, one for every day of the year and you can reach all of them by car, including Half Moon Bay, Darkwood, Galley Bay and Dickenson Bay in less than 30 minutes driving time.

This villa is ideal for a family vacation to Antigua. With plenty of room to enjoy, you can relax on a hammock by the pool or under the shade of a gazebo while enjoying the sea breeze visiting you from the sea. The villa offers splendid views over Falmouth Harbour and the Caribbean Sea. The villa is at a short drive distance from English Harbour, with its restaurants, bars and night entertainment. The closest beaches to the villa are Turtle Beach, Rendezvous Beach, Pigeon Beach and Galleon Beach which are all 10 minute or less driving from the villa.

The Arca Villa is ideal for holidays for large families or group of friends as the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms are located in the main upper level, around an open patio, and they are all furnished with wooden furniture and floor. All the bedrooms are en-suite with private bathroom. There are 2 king bedrooms, 3 twin rooms and a studio with a double bunk bed.

The main, upper level has five bedrooms around an open patio, each with en-suite bathroom in Italian design, wooden floor and ceiling fan. A few steps lead down to an oversized living room with three sofas for up to 10 people – flat TV with cable TV, DVD player and library and a table for up to 8 persons.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, there is a large fridge, microwave, 6 burner stove with electric oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen, there is a pantry with shelves and purified water cooler.
In the terrace overlooking Falmouth Harbour, there is a teak table for up to 14 people to dine alfresco. On the terrace is a BBQ by the terrace overlooking the bay with yachts coming from all over the world. The pool and terrace are magnificently large.

In the lower level, there are two gazeboes by the pool, chaises, three built-in benches to lay down along the pool, a dining table and BBQ zone where it is possible to have dinner watching the boats coming in and out the harbour. Few steps below the terrace there is a studio with a bunk bed, kitchen and bathroom and private entrance where the caretakers will be available to ensure your vacation is perfect.

This villa is perfect for families, weddings or friend reunions. In five minutes driving it is possible to reach wonderful beaches with crystal-clear water, the stable for horse riding, tennis courts, restaurants, supermarket and marinas for boat charters, sailing and fishing charters. The general area of English and Falmouth Harbour has a bustling nightlife that is well known to entertain the trendy yachting crowd. Over a dozen hot nightspots and restaurants are located within ten minutes drive of the villa. The large one-acre property makes Arca Villa a unique and very private estate while still in close proximity to the livelier antics of the harbour.

Activities
Near Arca villa, there is a stable where they arrange fantastic horse-riding excursions on the beach or on the nearby hills, but if this is not enough, it is possible to organize scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, kite surfing, golf, sailing, swimming with stingrays, fishing, tours around the island and much more......or simply relax in the tropical sun!
