If being in the sun is not your thing, then Arawak offers a covered terrace that is furnished with a comfy and contemporary L-shaped sofa and coffee table and is situated right next to the outdoor dining area that can sit up to 8 people. This was perfectly thought out to enjoy some informal but lavish barbecued meals.

The house is a one-level build, so the indoor and outdoor spaces flow uninterrupted, as well as the light that is supplemented by clean lines and airy décor. Neutral colors such as white, light wood, and grey are the overall theme of the shared living quarters, highlighted by golden touches of light provided by the well-thought-out lamps distributed around the area. Kitchen, living room, and indoor dining setups share this wonderful space.

The kitchen is fully kitted with modern appliances that will ideally support every need of the designated chef. Mouth-watering wafts of your family’s favorite dishes prepared with love in this amazing place will have them joining you while you work away on the kitchen island. Four bar stools located by the kitchen window will ensure that a lively conversation happens around you. For those in the group that prefer fluffier seating, they can enjoy the couches in the living room but still be part of the fun! A flat-screen TV is also set up in this area, so if a movie night is in the cards after dinner, there is no need to walk far away for popcorn and drinks.
