The Villa enjoys a fabulous situation on the Pointe Milou hillside. It has a private pool with stunning ocean views and is close to Lorient Beach. The surrounding hillside is covered in lush, green foliage that offers this lovely Caribbean home a sheltered and secluded feel. The pool and terrace areas meld seamlessly with the living and sleeping spaces, creating a wonderful sense of light and bright airiness.
West-facing, you will be guaranteed dramatic sunsets as you and your guests unwind after a day exploring the magical island of St Barts. The pretty islands that dot the horizon are your daily companions as you lounge by your pool. Then, at night, the coastline becomes a twinkling constellation as pretty communities illuminate.
Arawak Villa is an idyllic space for up to 6 guests who long to unwind, relax and hit refresh. Your modern kitchen and outdoor gas-fired barbecue will allow you and your fellow guests to create delicious feasts or snacks daily. Another compelling feature is cooling off in your beautiful pool, where you can gaze out and watch sailboats float across your horizon.
Two spacious ensuite bedrooms can be configured with twin beds, making this property ideal for a group of friends who want to visit St Barts. The Living Room and Dining Space are contemporary in design and finish. Tiled floors, soft neutrals, and natural finishes complement the space while offering the perfect tasteful, understated backdrop to the blue sea and sky. The Living Room has a TV with satellite channels. The Villa comes with WiFi too.
The bedrooms are equally attractive in design and finish. White walls with large glass doors that slide open onto the terrace and pool area create a very indoor/outdoor vibe. Your Villa has daily housekeeping (except for Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, and pool maintenance.
