Located on over a three-quarter acre property overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters in Chalk Sound, this luxurious villa has an array of features that capture the essence of an authentic Caribbean holiday.

Based close to the beach the villa is an ideal getaway to spend endless days on the powdery shores of Taylor Bay Beach. You will find the waters are shallow (typically 3 to 4 feet deep) and are perfect for snorkeling, playing or swimming. You can explore these tranquil waters with the kayaks and canoe supplied by the Villa. You could even venture out on the Paddleboards if you wish. Sugar fine sands await at Taylor Bay Beach, located less than 1 mile from Aqua View. The waters are perfect for swimming as the average temperature in Providenciales is around 82 degrees year-round.

The villa is perfect for a romantic couple’s getaway as it has romantic views of the glistening waters. Walk along the private pier out over the water and sit sipping on a refreshing cocktail as you watch the sun setting on the secluded paradise swing in the serene hammock and soak in the sounds of the lazy lapping waters as you let your worries melt away. You can also indulge in the private Gazebo you soak in the quiet solitude. The villa comes with its own private infinity pool that almost blends into the crystal-clear waters surrounding the property. The waters are refreshing and perfect for a mornings swim or to plunge into if you get too warm while lying out on the comfortable sun loungers. You have ample space in the exteriors living spaces as the private 60-foot deck spans the entire rear of the property. Enjoy some alfresco dining as you sit out and tuck into an authentic Caribbean dish as the breeze skims across your skin. The outdoor dining area can seat a total of six guests. The property is embedded in an area or lush tropical landscape and the vivacious plants make the villa burst with colors and sweet smelling fragrant that lace the air.

The interiors of the property are fitted with luxurious furnishing in every corner, with every detail attended to with the utmost care. The rooms and living areas are spacious and create a very open, light ambiance area. Open the windows and let the Caribbean Sea breeze float through effortlessly. The design is very modern with contemporary plush furniture laced through the home. The living room, dining and Kitchen areas blend together in an open design concept. The dining area can seat up to six guests. The Kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to cook up some delicious new recipes. The space is fitted with a warm marbleized countertop and includes appliances such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, microwave, Nutri-Bullet, waffle iron, 4-slice toaster and basic pantry items. The villa also includes a high-resolution television with a DVD player. You have the option to listen to your favorite song using the CD player or the stereo, with a huge music library.

The villa has a total of three bedrooms. The luxurious Master Suite has a large King-sized bed and also includes a private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a private indoor Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath. The room is fitted with air conditioning and a Flat Screen LED TV. There are two more bedrooms both with air conditioning and high-resolution televisions in each. The spacious Queen-sized bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and the last bedroom has comfortable twin beds.

The Villa is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales as it has one of the lowest crime rates. The unique character of this location offers a great climate due to warm trade winds.
