Both floors of Aqua Verde feature large windows, allowing the light to flow through the home. They also include louvred wooden blinds allowing guests more privacy. The large windows also allow for a wonderful merge of indoor and outdoor living, giving you a perfect Caribbean experience.
Have a walk along the beach that is consistently ranked as one of the best in the world. Take a dip in the clear waters or skim across their surface using a villa paddleboard or kayak. You can also go on a boat excursion to fish or snorkel the most amazing coral reef in the Turks and Caicos. The villa is also close to great dining, golf, and tennis.
The open concept living space contains a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a centre island and a dining table with seating for eight. They overlook a patio with a shaded alfresco dining space, and a lounging area that has views out to the sea.
Aqua Verde is a very private three-bedroom villa set back from the pristine Grace Bay Beach. Its modern, warm, and relaxing design is ideal for unwinding and enjoying the Caribbean sunshine, whether by the heated pool or enjoying the al fresco dining.
The home is ideal for those who love long walks along the beach or adventure using the complimentary paddleboard and kayak. With the beautiful shoreline, you can be picked up on your stretch of beach for a local boat excursion to fish or snorkel the islands of Turks and Caicos amazing coral reef.

A refundable security deposit of $2,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due.
