Welcome to Antonis, a luxury three-bedroom villa boasting a breathtaking Caldera view.

Antonis was named in honor of the Arvanitis family patriarch, and the winery was entirely his vision. The building once served as the center of the traditional winery, where grapes were pressed and the must was prepared.

The villa spans 115m², offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six adults. From the pool, guests can view the Venetian castle and the Cretan Sea, while the private terrace provides a stunning view of the Santorini sunset over the Caldera. Inside, there's a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with local ingredients, and a lounge area perfect for reading.

Amenities include a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a lounge, an office, two bathrooms, a 55” flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix, high-speed VDSL internet, a safe, spacious wardrobes, and private parking.

This villa can host up to six people, making it perfect for families or groups. Additionally, it can be divided into two smaller accommodations:
• A 70m² space for four adults, featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room.
• A 45m² space for two adults, offering a master bedroom, a bathroom, and an office.

Breakfast (bread, cheese, and juice) is in the villa for the guests to prepare breakfast at their convenience. Breakfast items vary depending on the season and availability in local stores. Sometimes cake and fruit are provided. Also, we try to provide different items during guests' stay to make their breakfast more interesting) a coffee machine (Nespresso) and coffee pods free of charge for our guests.

LOCATION:
Villa di Capo is located on the southwestern side of Santorini, in the village of Akrotiri. It is just 10 km from Athinios Port, 11 km from Fira, and 12 km from the island’s airport.

Akrotiri is internationally renowned for its prehistoric settlement, uncovered during excavations in 1967. Archaeologists believe the earliest traces of habitation here date back to the Late Neolithic period, around 4500 BC. The archaeological site is only 1.5 km from the villas, allowing guests to explore Santorini’s ancient past firsthand. During the Middle Ages, Akrotiri was under Venetian control and became one of Santorini's five fortified settlements. The Venetian Tower (Goula) still stands on the hill where Villa di Capo is perched, overlooking the vast horizon.

Some of Santorini’s most iconic beaches, including the Red Beach and White Beach, are just 2.5 km from the villas. The Red Beach, formed by volcanic activity, is surrounded by striking red cliffs. Its deep red sand contrasts beautifully with the blue sea, creating a breathtaking natural spectacle. White Beach, with its unique white pebbles and dramatic cliffs, forms a secluded cove, offering a scenery unlike any other on the island.

Just 4.5 km from Villa di Capo, the island's lighthouse, built in 1892 during the Ottoman period, is the perfect place to experience the famous Santorini sunset. It’s a serene and romantic spot, ideal for peaceful moments of reflection amidst the island's beauty.
