Welcome to Annia, a 6-bedroom Villa nestled on the gently sloping hilltop overlooking Sorrento in Italy. This lavish and secluded villa is based along the Sorrentino coast and is a perfectly preserved 1950s luxury villa. Ideally located a short drive from the vibrant area of Sorrento it is also within walking distance from the nearby village. The villa encompasses panoramic Ocean views making unforgettable sunset opportunities easy. Enjoy these views across the Bay of Naples and Capri in the distance. The quiet location of the villa is based a short drive away from the busy towns, proving an abundance of tranquillity and privacy. The villa has easy access from the road, with no steps from the parking lot to the villa, and includes an internal elevator.

Make your way out onto the sun-soaked terrace in the early mornings. Feel the crisp breeze skim across your skin as the pale sun stretches across the village below. The glistening waters of the ocean can be enjoyed fully here as you sit down to a delicious breakfast surrounded by your loved ones. Alfresco dining is a must as the villa is nestled in a lush garden. The well-tended and extensive gardens offer organic fruits and vegetables ready to be picked and enjoyed.

When the sun gleams above you, dive into the crisp and refreshing waters of the crystallized swimming pool. You can swim a few laps or simply float around watching the light cotton clouds sail by. Lounge out on the furnished sundeck as you dry off and indulge in some sunbathing. There are many terraces and nooks you can lounge on surrounding the villa. In the evening you can dine under the romantic pergola, laced with blossoming flowers and sweet-smelling fragrances that tinge the air. The dining area is near the wood-burning oven, perfect for cooking up a melt-in-the-mouth cheese pizza. After dinner, you can unwind in the Sauna or maybe even keep up your fitness regime in the private gym. As the night draws to an end, slip into the bubbly waters of the hot tub and open a bottle of fine Italian wine.

The villa is architecturally preserved from the 1950s yet embraces a very elegant and modern design and layout. The design of this property is unique for its distinctive features such as the pale pink exteriors. The interiors feature large open window and open-plan living that creates a spacious and sophisticated living space. Tastefully furnished in a minimalist approach, each piece in the main living area embraces luxury and finesses. The main living and dining area blend seamlessly into one room.

With traditional high-end furniture pieces, the living area bursts with warmth and history. The leather sofas sit opposite a large plasma TV mounted on the wall and enjoyed views over the surrounding area. The beautiful marble floors and the intarsia work on the folding door add incredible detail to this luxurious room. The dining area seats twelve guests comfortably along the elongated table and takes center stage in the middle of the spacious room. The fully equipped and generous kitchen is situated off the main living area. Here you will find all the appliances you will need during your stay as well as additional seating for six more guests.
Located on the first floor, you will discover the villa's key features such as its private wellness area with a fully equipped gym and tranquil sauna. This area has adjacent access to the panoramic terrace and features a six people whirlpool Jacuzzi. Overall villa Annia is fully equipped with secure Wi-Fi both indoors and outdoors and air-conditioning throughout.

Annia has a total of six luxurious bedrooms, each boasting its private en-suite bathroom. The Bedrooms are fitted with lavish linens and supplied with towels which are replenished daily. The King-sized master bedroom is located on the first floor along with four other guest bedrooms; two of these feature queen-sized beds, one with twin beds, and the remaining bedroom with a king-sized bed. The room enjoys access out onto the terrace where each indulges in panoramic ocean views and views over the property. The sixth bedroom is based on the second floor and includes its own private balcony with outdoor seating provided. All the bathrooms offer a standalone shower and are fitted with hairdryers. The rooms offer air-conditioning, high-resolution TVs, and Wi-Fi.
