Welcome to our ÀNI Private Resort, an all-inclusive 10-bedroom private resort perched along the elevated coast of Anguilla. This modern, full-board private resort is perfect for multi-generational families, corporate retreats, boutique private weddings, and groups of friends traveling to the island. This is the most exclusive property on the island, with many amenities, making it your private resort. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests and additional guests on a request basis.

ÀNI Anguilla offers an all-encompassing luxury experience with various premium inclusions, including full-board dining, daily spa treatments, complimentary activities, and babysitting services. The aim is to provide you with the perfect environment to reconnect with nature, your inner self, and your loved ones. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included each day, and our attentive team of up to 20 staff members is dedicated to creating personalized cultural, wellness, and adventure experiences tailored specifically for you.

This stunning private resort offers incredible panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and includes access to the secluded beach called Little Bay (below the property). The ten bedrooms span two separate villas, a four-bedroom and a six-bedroom. The property can only be rented to one group exclusively at a time. Each villa has a private pool, hot tub, and full interior amenities. The private resort welcomes weddings and even has its own Clifftop ceremony platform.

ÀNI Private Resort is one of the island's most exclusive properties because of its amenities and staff-to-guest ratio, with 20 team members to look after you. Like a resort or hotel, it includes six daily spa treatments in the wellness center, one tennis court with a basketball hoop, a private fitness center, professional chefs, housekeeping, drinks, and a full-board menu. However, unlike a resort or hotel, these amenities are for your exclusive use only.

Taking a step out onto the terrace, you will instantly find yourself gazing out into the endless turquoise sea. The sunset views are spectacular and very photo-worthy! The property offers two swimming pools and clifftop hot tubs, perfect for a morning swim or a bubbly evening dip. You can enjoy the views or relax on the roof decks or in one of the many open lounges. If you wish to keep up with your fitness plan, why not venture over to the state-of-the-art gym or enjoy a game of tennis on the court?

As you enter Ani Anguilla, you will notice the modern and bright interiors. The property encompasses an open-plan design and offers a seamless transition between the interiors and exteriors. Ani North and Ani South offer their living and dining spaces, providing guests with a roof deck lounge and pool deck. The villas have lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their time on the island.

The North villa features four bedrooms. Two are master suites with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with large bathtubs and walk-in showers. The other two bedrooms consist of king and twin rooms, each with private en-suites. Some of the king bedrooms can be made into twin rooms on request.

ÀNI South offers six bedrooms, three of which are master suites. The master suites have large bathtubs and walk-in showers in the private en-suites. Ani South is mobility-impaired accessible as it features an elevator, roll-in shower, pool lift, and other features that were included subtly in the home's design.

The combination of both villas accommodates up to 20 people, and ten bedrooms offer direct outdoor access. The ÀNI Private Resort could be a great option for a large event/party and can cater to 100 guests.

We offer a full, complimentary concierge service with all our villas at Exceptional Villas. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries before your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions, and more. A team member has personally inspected all our villas, and we feature only the best villas throughout the Caribbean and some parts of Europe.
