Delving into your private property, the center of attention first takes you outside, where the two mirror pools, forming a T shape, lay glistening under the suns warmth. The well-maintained lawn is perfect to walk along barefoot as you dip your toes into the cool, crisp waters. The villa is based in two private pavilions and follows a very modern aesthetics, and yet a traditional ambiance is laced throughout this property. The two living pavilions are very similar in their interior design and architectural layout. The villas are housed under a traditional ylang-ylang bale roof with a high-vaulted ceiling for this traditional look as well as making the area very open and spacious. The interior décor takes no shortcuts with Balinese stone sculptures, artifacts, vibrant paintings, plush furnishings and luxury finishes. All these finishing touches will give you the true, authentic feeling of a Balinese lifestyle.

The living pavilions are full of light as they follow an open-plan design and overlook the lavish gardens and the clear blue swimming pools. The sitting area is furnished with comfortable and expansive rattan sofas and is laced with lavish cushions. There are also cushioned benches around the room, and the simplistic décor is brought to life with the bold use of bright yellow and green. The kitchen here comes fully equipped with a profusion of space for you to try out new recipes. The dining area is fitted with a warm caramelized wooden table, seating eight guests. The table rests on an oriental rug and looks out into the open garden. The western styled bar is close by, resting behind the dining table, ready for you to indulge in some refreshing drinks as you enjoy an evening meal.

The bedrooms in this secluded villa are the epitome of luxury as they are full of the finest amenities and exquisite traditional Indonesian features for you to have your own privacy and space. Delving into finer details the two master king-sized bedrooms are the center of attention. The bedrooms are well-furnished with high-resolution flat-screen televisions; a window seat angled for you to enjoy the views, a writing desk, and a large wardrobe. The master suites have direct access to the garden as they open out onto the swimming pool. The bedrooms are flooded with warm light and allow in the soft breezes Bali has to offer. The rooms are also air-conditioned, so you can control the temperature to suit you best. The en-suite bathrooms are designed with natural stone basins and large freestanding stone bathtubs.

The remaining eight bathrooms are all housed in the two pavilions. They are spread across the ground floor and the upper level. Six of the bedrooms are furnished with fitted queen-sized beds, and the remaining two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable single beds. Each of the bedroom offers a luxurious space for you to relax. The rooms are fully air-conditioned to keep you at your optimum comfortable temperature. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, that is fitted with bathtubs and/or showers. Villa Anam also has a Home cinema and private gym for you to make use of at your own ease.

LOCATION

Villa Anam is nestled in Seminyak, in Bali, Indonesia. This location offers you a tranquil surrounding as well as being minutes away from Double Six Beach. This spectacular villa lies comfortably in southern Bali; it is a short 1.5km from the world-famous Seminyak beach (1.5km). Here you can spend a day under the radiating South Pacific sun and enjoy the crystalline turquoise waters that surround you. You can visit Oberoi’s renowned area called ‘eat-street’ which holds many of the finest restaurants, cafes, and vibrant high-end shops. Some of the popular restaurants that are highly recommended are La Lucciola, La Favela, and Mutiara. The local area provides a variety of beaches including the Seminyak beach, Double Six Beach (1.8km), Petingenet Beach (2.3km), and Batubelig Beach (4km).

Ngurah Rai International Airport is 11.2km from Villa Anam. The drive will take approximately thirty to forty minutes.

There are a variety of things to do here in Bali that is very different and quirky. There is a lively waterpark that is 7.8km from your villa, Waterbom Bali. It has water rides for all ages, plus restaurants, a large food court, and a swim-up bar. If you wish to have a taste of the Indonesian culture, then why not visit the town of Ubud (29km). Situated in the majestic uplands of Bali, this area is well known for its traditional crafts and dance. The District’s rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali’s most famous landscapes. Ancient holy sites include the most captivating and intricately carved Goa Gajah (“Elephant Cave”) with its rock-cut shrines. For more leisurely activities then you can visit Nirwana Bali Golf Club (17km) or the Safari & Marine Park (29km).
