Welcome to AnaCapri Estate, our luxury four bedroom rental villa, located in the hillside at Cooten Bay on Tortola Island, overlooking the stunning ocean and neighbouring islands. This newly-completed Italian style villa is situated on a one-acre site, surrounded by exotic flowers and fruit trees. This stunning estate includes four bedrooms, plus a queen size Murphy bed in the Office, 3.5 bathrooms, a two-tiered pool deck with an infinity pool, Gazebo and a special “Place in the Rocks” patio.

AnaCapri’s great room features a bright interior with stylish furnishings and large sliding doors that open onto the large verandah. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes the best appliances, wooden cabinets and granite countertops. Next to it, is the dining room, and similar to the living room, it features large sliding doors with beautiful views.

There are four air conditioned bedrooms, which all come with custom made mahogany furniture and all are with ensuite bathrooms. The Office also has a Murphy bed for extra guests. All bedrooms, except the Master have Queen size European style pillow-top plush mattresses. The Master Bedroom, with a custom mahogany King bed and office are on the second floor. The main floor has two bedrooms, each of these has a small balcony where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink. The five bedrooms will sleep ten guests in total, plus there are two Queen size air mattresses in case the kids or any friends need a little more sleeping room.

Even though this stunning island is for a getaway and to relax, guests can avail of the high technology in the villa for those that need to stay connected. There is dedicated internet access that provides wireless access throughout the villa, including wireless repeaters installed in many rooms for better coverage. There is also a large flat-screen TV, a PS3 / Blu-ray player and a home theatre surround sound available in the living room. AnaCapri is also wired for music with a Sonos sound system that can provide different music choices in the living room, kitchen, and pool deck.

When you're ready for some adventure, the island of Tortola is yours to explore. You can spend a day on one of the island's white sandy beaches that offer a variety of water activities from snorkeling to fishing. Explore Tortola's history, by visiting the museums and ruins found on the island. Later, indulge in the rich cultural mix of local delicacies at one of the island's many restaurants.
