This home has a fully enclosed living and outdoor area which is not visible from the outside, adding again to the privacy of the home for its guests.
This beautiful villa offers four bedrooms, all of which feature a wonderful en-suite bathroom allowing each guest their own personal space. The second-floor master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and beautiful sea views. There are an additional two bedrooms with king beds and a private entrance and are located alongside the enclosed pool area. There are also two twin beds, giving your guests more sleeping options.
The home is equipped with all the features and amenities you will need for a fantastic vacation on this Turks and Caicos Island. These include a gourmet kitchen, living and dining room, guest ½ bathroom, flat-screen TV with US and international channels, infinity-edge heated swimming pool washer/dryer, and use of 2 golf carts.

Snacks and treats are available 24 hours between meals at the snack station. Calico is a short walk along the waterfront boardwalk from the 1-Bedroom Beach Front Suites located on nearby Monck Beach.

The Club House is open for breakfast 7am-10.30am, grilled light fare, burgers, paninis, salads, and fun food for all ages. The Club House is located about 5 minutes away from Monck Beach and the Calico Jack Pavilion by golf cart and offers a beach club with beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and an activity center with pool and ping-pong tables, video games, and board games.
