This spacious villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms spread across two stories. The home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the beautiful sunrise views. Take advantage of the peace this offers, and part takes in a morning yoga session or just a cup of coffee on one of the many terraces in the villa. If you wish, you can also enjoy a refreshing dip in your pool or venture down to the sea and explore the beach before the rest of your party awakens.

The upper floor of the villa features an open plan living area, dining area, full kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, and master bathroom with soaking tub and enclosed outdoor shower. The villa also includes a heated outdoor pool and pool deck, which are located on the ground floor, along with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed, and an additional living area with space for 2 single daybeds.

You also have the privilege of being 100 yards from Columbus Beach. The proximity to the beach is a major advantage of the home and allows you and your guests to enjoy a fabulous beach day in paradise. The property boasts many features that create a fabulous vacation home. These include ceiling fans in all rooms, a washer and dryer, large HD TV with US and international channels, the use of 2 golf carts, and butler service. Your butler will cater to all your needs and will allow you to rest and relax fully.

Calico:
Calico is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving Caribbean and international cuisine, gourmet à la carte fine dining, and theme nights with seasonal specials such as seafood paella and grilled lobster in season. Snacks and treats are available 24 hours between meals at the snack station. Calico is a short walk along the waterfront boardwalk from the 1-Bedroom Beach Front Suites located on nearby Monck Beach.

The Club House serves up a menu of grilled light fare, burgers, paninis, salads, and fun food for all ages. The Club House is located about 5 minutes away from Monck Beach and the Calico Jack Pavilion by golf cart and offers a beach club with beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and an activity center with pool and ping-pong tables, video games, and board games.
