Set on a bluff in Terres Basses overlooking the spectacular Baie Rouge beach and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The villa boasts expansive views stretching to Marigot Bay, and you are superbly positioned within a 5-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Terres Basses.

This St. Martin vacation rental is one of the nicest villas on the island. Guests who stay here will enjoy the breathtaking 180-degree ocean view. The villa has a stunning outdoor terrace furnished with sun loungers and ample seating. There is also a lovely gazebo for alfresco dining and the most spectacular infinity-edge pool.

Inside, the villa is contemporary, offering guests all the home comforts imaginable. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area are situated on the main level and have glass sliding doors that open right out to the covered terrace where you can enjoy a sunset cocktail, breakfast at the outdoor breakfast bar, or just relax and take in the spectacular views.

This luxury villa in St. Martin comes with 5 beautiful and contemporary bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned. Four bedrooms are in the main house, while the 5th bedroom is part of an apartment suite. Each of the four bedrooms in the main house comes with en-suite bathrooms, while the two master suites also feature open-air bathtubs and showers. All 5 bedrooms are housed under one roof and can be accessed from the interior, making the house ideal for families. The 5th bedroom is part of an apartment suite on the lower level with a kitchen and lounging terrace.

On the lower level of Villa Amandara, you will find a games room featuring a 70” plasma TV, a mini-bar with a large swim- window into the pool, table tennis and foosball (baby foot), and a comfortable seating area with a sun deck and ocean view. In the main house, you can also find a media room with a 70” plasma TV.

The home is an ideal villa for a family vacation to St Martin; guests can enjoy the volleyball and petanque/bocce court in the landscaped gardens. There is also a lawn large enough for soccer/football. Guests can also enjoy the large music library of vinyl records that can be played on a Bluetooth record player, a Sonos speaker system to work with phones or iPods, and many board games and kids’ toy baskets. The villa also features a “Massage Bali house” with a water view and an authentic outdoor, stone-carved tub.

Heated Pool Note:
The pool can and will be heated only in the Winter months from December 16th to April 15th every year.

The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 Celcius. If guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform our concierge team before arrival, as it needs to be set by the maintenance team. Guests are not allowed to change pool temperature themselves.

NOTES:
• With all bookings for Amandara, we will include a complimentary butler (mixologist) every evening for happy hour from 5-7pm.
• There is also a 15% discount currently running on the last low season weeks for 2023.
