Hillside in St. Jean, this 3-bedroom villa is only a 2-minute drive to the village’s popular and beautiful St. Jean Beach. This island favourite has a plethora of dining options from feet-in-the sand lunches to romantic dinners and an abundance of water sports. The people-watching here is legendary. Its compact interior has an air-conditioned living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar just adjacent. Alta Rocca boasts a beautiful view of the Bay and the sea beyond which can be enjoyed by you and your guests from the comfort of your poolside haven.

Its expansive terrace has an extra-long heated pool that appears to almost spill into the sea. The terrace is furnished for outdoor living and dining and has a guest bath. Spend your days on one of the many sun loungers that line the pool and soak up the warm island sun. The fresh sea breeze will also refresh you. Views of St Barths don’t get any better than from Alta Rocca.

All three wonderfully private bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms providing your own space. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views, and the third offers a lovely garden view with a "peek" at the ocean. This allows you to wake to the most spectacular views in the morning, the perfect way to begin your morning in paradise.

The décor throughout is chic, eclectic, and a bit whimsical - in short, delightful. The modern amenities of the home as well as the traditional yet contemporary style allow for the perfect vacation in St Barths. All the furniture is incredibly comfortable and will be perfect for you to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful island.
