The open-style kitchen is fully equipped and finished to the highest standards. The air-conditioned indoor living room has a large TV and comfy sofas, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation or a fun movie night.

There are four beautiful and spacious bedrooms to choose from, offering comfortable accommodations for eight guests. The master suite has a king-size bed, while the remaining three have queen-size beds. The ensuite bathrooms connected to each bedroom have high-quality showers, ample wardrobe spaces, and high-end furnishings. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and wonderful and varied ocean views.

The master bedroom and second guest room are located on Level 2 and reached via the communal Living Room. A staircase connects the two levels, and guest bedrooms three and four are on the lower level and can access the attractive pool terrace.

There’s a very wide-open feel to Villa Alta Mundi. The property’s slightly elevated position ensures an unimpeded view across the coastline. It’s one of those constantly changing and diverting views by day. At night it transforms into a twinkling horizon as the properties and boats that dot your horizon light up.

Lazy barefoot days by your pool are the perfect counterbalance to leisurely suppers and cocktails as the stars appear. Bliss.

This gorgeous villa is in the sublime Cul de Sac Bay area of St Martin. About 30 minutes by car from the international airport of Princess Juliana, you can be on the ground and in your pool within an hour of arriving in this paradise.
The acclaimed beaches of Anse Marcel, Grand Case, and Orient Bay are all close to your villa base. Watersport enthusiasts will delight in a wide range of activities within a short distance of your private home. Why not take a kayak trip across to the nearby Pinel Island?
