On arrival at Alpine Estate, you are welcomed in style when you drive through carved elegant wooden gates arriving at the impressive entrance foyer with sweeping Portuguese marble staircase complete with designed wrought-iron balustrades. From here, you step down into the reception area featuring high vaulted ceilings, hand crafted wooden beams, chandeliers, dark wood floor and elegant furnishings. Oversized leather couches beckon you to sit and relax in front of an ornate fireplace. Beauty and elegance greet you at every turn in this stylish home.

Alpine Estate features a custom Chef’s kitchen which is fully equipped with ultra-modern equipment and gadgets. The kitchen space is huge boasting sleek dark wood cabinets and a 15 foot central marble island-come-breakfast bar with seating, and a smaller corner table to seat 6 for casual gatherings. Entertaining is a dream at Alpine Estate with the formal dining room offering seating for 18 guests around the exquisite dining table with leather chairs. There are also many areas outside where you can enjoy Al Fresco dining. If you prefer not to cook yourself, your personal concierge at Exceptional Villas will be delighted to provide you with a quote for a private chef and also any other staff services which you may wish to avail of during your stay, such as Housekeeping, Butlers and Bartenders.

Alpine Estate also features a classic library and media room where your guests can watch their favorite movie on a big screen or relax with a good book. Nearby is a den with fireplace, plush leather couches and armchairs and an intimate corner bar.

Outdoor living space abounds, with an exotic covered gallery and endless seating options over 2 levels. Polished marble tile flooring, varnished wood ceilings, exotic foliage and arty lightshades ensure stylish gatherings for your guests at any hour. A large swimming pool enclosed in a Balinese style garden provides the perfect spot for a dip after relaxation on the sun loungers surrounding the pool.

Alpine Estate can accommodate up to 12 guests in 7 magnificent bedrooms including a separate tucked away guesthouse. Each bedroom is uniquely furnished with fascinating furnishings and artefacts. The master suite features a Moroccan style bathroom with fireplace and a distinct soaking tub taking center stage under a skylight and decorated with onyx mosaics.
