Allamanda Estate

Welcome to Allamanda Estate, a recently refurbished and expanded luxury 7-bedroom villa located in a private hideaway on Tortola’s Beef Island. This beautiful property was formerly the Governor’s home and has been residence to many well-known international figures. It sits on approximately 6 acres on private Little Mountain Estate and has commanding views of Sir Francis Drake Channel, pristine Long Bay Beach and Well Bay. At least twelve other islands can also be seen from its different lookout points. THE place to take it all in from is "Audo's Lookout", the 360-degree rooftop lounge offering breathtaking, uninterrupted panoramic views and is only accessible by adults with a signed waiver. You should not miss out!

After the refurbishment and expansion, Allamanda Estate is now spread into three buildings, two of which are the Original Allamanda and the third one is the recently added Hummingbird Cottage.

Original Allamanda offers 7,000 square feet of covered space with an open plan gourmet kitchen fitted to serve the most demanding of chefs, a spacious dining area and two separate sitting areas that include a spacious living room for a lively get-together with friends and family, and a separate TV room for times when you want to sit back, relax and enjoy some series binge-watching or support your favorite team.

When nighttime hits and you are ready for some restorative sleep, the Original Allamanda Main House is home to 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, including the Master Suite and there are two added Suites in the Courtyard. The remaining two bedrooms are located in Hummingbird Cottage. The setup of the bedrooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - Master Suite: 1 King with a large walk-in closet, and a stunning large bathroom that includes a standalone tub, shower, double vanities, and a private water closet. Ocean views and patio.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed which can be converted to 2 twin beds. Ocean views and patio.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bedroom with garden view

Original Allamanda - Courtyard Suites:
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed. Private patio and bathroom bay window designed to wow!
Bedroom 5: 1 King bed. Features a corner window with breathtaking views.

Hummingbird Cottage: houses open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It also comes equipped with a laundry setup.
Bedroom 6: 1 King bed, private patio with amazing beach and ocean views.
Bedroom 7: 1 Queen bed, private patio with amazing beach and ocean views.

Allamanda Estate is extremely well prepared for outdoor living as well! It offers two distinct spacious lounging/dining areas, each with its own half bath for convenience. We envision that most of your "together" time will happen at "Euphoria", the ultimate poolside lounge that is complemented with a gazebo, bar, cozy firepit and a luxurious infinity pool, all with breathtaking ocean, beach and islands views. Put together, it creates the illusion of being on a private island. This amazing space can accommodate up to 75 people, so definitely a good spot to celebrate your special occasions. The second option for get-togethers is aptly named "The Happy Space", a sophisticated yet playful and colorful courtyard that can accommodate up to 40 people for any kind of celebration.
