Welcome to Alfresco, a luxury 6-bedroom villa boasting beautiful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.
Alfresco is an exceptional Tuscan retreat offering a heated pool measuring 20 meters by 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep and stunning panoramic views over the rolling hills. Guests are especially enchanted by the villa’s lush garden and inviting veranda, which overlooks the valley and frames views of the medieval village of Montecatini Alto.
This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who cherish time spent together. The highlight is the outdoor "alfresco" dining area, a spacious patio just steps from the kitchen, where guests can enjoy meals prepared by a private chef if desired. The stone table accommodates up to 12 people, and the space is complete with comfortable chairs, soft pillows, and a barbecue. Armchairs and small tables provide additional space for guests to relax and savor the enchanting ambiance of Tuscan sunsets or morning views.
Perfect for summer breakfasts, scenic aperitifs, or leisurely family dinners, the alfresco dining area is complemented by a fully renovated pool, upgraded in 2020 with a modern heating system for year-round use. The pool spans over 200 square meters, has a maximum depth of 1.5 meters, and is fully gated for child safety. Ample seating, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, and armchairs, surrounds the pool. Nearby, a service area offers two changing rooms, three bathrooms, two showers, and a self-service bar with a fridge and ice maker. Additional amenities include table tennis, a barbecue, a spacious canopy for shaded relaxation, and full-strength Wi-Fi coverage, allowing guests to stay connected even poolside.
A charming gravel road leads to the villa entrance, where parking is available on both sides, accommodating over ten cars with additional parking on the villa’s grounds.
Surrounded by a vibrant park filled with olive groves and green lawns, Villa Alfresco offers guests the true experience of the Tuscan countryside. Set close to Montecatini Alto, the villa also provides easy access to some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations, including Lucca, Florence, Pistoia, Siena, and Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, as well as Collodi, known as the land of Pinocchio.

VILLA LAYOUT DETAILS:
Alfresco is a six-bedroom panoramic Villa with over 400sq meters of internal areas available for our guests, rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated, and the access road is a white road among the hills, designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming our guests into our parking and fountains promenade.
Lower floor:
The entrance level, with a living area and some service spaces,
and a bedroom area with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each with private windows or covered terraces and patios. The Entrance level has a living space with a fireplace and three bedrooms, two sharing a private bathroom and one suite with a private patio and entrance and a double king size bed, ensuite.
Ground Floor:
The ground level has our big new kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms, and a huge panoramic 150-square-meter veranda with tables and chairs surrounded by lemon trees. It is directly accessible from the Alfresco patio and overlooks the hills and the valley.
First Floor:
The First level bedroom area has three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private tub in its ensuite bathroom.

Often overlooked in favor of its more famous neighbors, Pistoia rewards those who visit with peaceful streets, stunning architecture, and a taste of traditional Tuscany.
The city’s historic center is a delightful maze of narrow lanes, centuries-old buildings, and grand piazzas. At its heart is Piazza del Duomo, one of Italy’s most beautiful squares, where visitors can admire the impressive Pistoia Cathedral with its striking Romanesque facade, the elegant Baptistery, and the ancient bell tower that rises gracefully above the city. Around every corner, Pistoia reveals hidden treasures, from its intricate churches and ancient cloisters to Renaissance palaces that reflect the city’s rich cultural heritage.
Pistoia is also known for its vibrant weekly market and local festivals, especially the Giostra dell’Orso, a historical jousting event held every July that fills the city with excitement, music, and traditional celebrations.
