Blending into the palm-tree fringed, white sandy beach, this gorgeous, air-conditioned Villa has three large bedrooms with ocean and garden views. The interiors combine neutral tones and natural finishes, creating a soft and relaxing ambiance.

The furnished roof terrace is one of the best places to sunbathe in perfect privacy. With heavenly views across the green treetops to the ocean beyond, you will enjoy watching the sun move across the sky. Casa Chakte has three ensuite bedrooms, two with ocean views and one with a garden view.

Casa Chechen
This air-conditioned Villa has three ensuite bedrooms, two with private garden-view terraces creating the ideal place to step away from your group and chill out. The third bedroom is a newly completed penthouse suite with a large ensuite and bathtub. The gorgeous, Mexican-inspired properties have wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces that blend seamlessly. The shaded terrace space is awash with dappled sunlight. The plunge pool, cleverly built around two palm trees, is constructed on the sand. This property is one of the loveliest Villas for guests who like to be as close to the beach as possible. Again, this fabulous property has its own kitchen and entertainment spaces.

Casa Chukum
This spacious, air-conditioned Villa has four bedrooms, two of which have private terraces. One bedroom is adjacent to the Pool area, and the other has lush garden views. In addition, the Villa has a large open-plan living room that opens onto its large beachside terrace. The high-end kitchen is ideal for meal prep, and this Villa can easily become the central focus of the Estate when your group gets together each evening.
