Albany Resort was founded in 2010 by Joe Lewis of the Tavistock Group along with golf giants Tiger Woods and Ernie Els as well as actor and musician Justin Timberlake. Ernie Els designed the incredible 18-hole championship golf course on site, and Justin Timberlake designed the state of the art recording studio located in front of the Marian. Albany Resort in The Bahamas is set in over 600 acres of tropical land and lined by a pristine white sand beach on one side. The Ocean Jewel Villa at Albany is the perfect base from which to enjoy the incredible facilities of The Albany Resort Bahamas. It has the ideal location directly on the mile-long beach at Albany and consequently has breathtaking views from the living area, outdoor pool, terrace area and the Master Bedroom.

Ocean Jewel Villa has five bedrooms in total. There is one bedroom en-suite located on the ground floor and a guest cottage located directly across the courtyard of the villa. This cottage has a small kitchenette and is ideal for a nanny or teenager or a couple who wish to have some additional privacy. The remaining three bedrooms have their location on the second floor. The two bedrooms at the rear of the house share a bathroom. The Master bedroom is particularly beautiful and also very spacious. It has access to its private veranda with lounge and sitting areas. The upstairs veranda is where you will get the most breathtaking views, and the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The master bedroom also has a particularly lovely bathroom with oversized tub.

The open plan living area is located on the ground floor. The décor is chic and luxurious with muted colours offset with the colours of the sea. The room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and leads directly onto the outdoor terrace and pool area. From here, it is just a few steps to the beach.

Our discerning guests like to spend much of their time on the terrace and by the pool and beach. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bahamas warmth. There is a barbeque located directly beside the pool. Friends and family love to gather here to enjoy sunset cocktails and delicious food under the stars.
