Guest Bathrooms: The en-suite bath is equipped with his and her vanities and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5 - Guest Apartment: In addition to the main house above the garage, the property features a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest apartment with living and kitchen areas. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and additional access from the main area. The kitchen in the apartment features a dining table and appliances with a convenient pull-down full-sized bed for any additional guests.

Media Room: Set with comfortable theater seating for ten, a large screen, and a projector, this media room is ideal for watching a sporting game or movie.
