Welcome to Agnanti Villa, a charming 4-bedroom villa located on a hill above the pretty little fishing village of Drios, with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

The location of the villa is very convenient as it is just a few minutes drive from the village and Golden Beach.
This lovely villa in Drios consists of three levels (main, upper, and lower), and a beautifully kept garden. The property features an infinity pool on the lower level, enhanced by an authentic Greek pergola and sun deck.

The entrance to the villa, on the main level, leads to an elegant living room with a seating area and a dining table decorated with quirky art pieces. The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped and also has a comfortable bar area. Also on the main level is the main guest bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double, with access to a terrace with incredible sea views.
The upper level of the villa houses the master bedroom with a spacious en suite bathroom and a roof veranda with amazing panoramic views.

From the pool patio on the lower level, there is another bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom, and ocean views. There is also a small stone studio with a private bathroom, which has a sofa bed that can be turned into twin beds. The studio is ideal for teens or a nanny.

The studio can also be used as a cool relaxing area near the pool. Sunbeds, swinging hammocks, and loungers are in abundance on the terraces and in the pool area of the villa, offering the essence of comfort and relaxation with breathtaking views in peaceful surroundings.

SERVICES:
The services of the Agnanti villa include daily maid service (change of towels daily, change of sheets every 3rd day)
