Welcome to Acai, a serenely placed villa within the Roc Flamand Estate, perched high on the steppe of the hill overlooking the picturesque Flamands Beach, on the island of St. Barths.

Framed by rock and vibrant green, the view from any level of Acai is something to be savoured; the white sands of the beach giving way to the deep blues and greens of the ocean is breathtaking, all within walking distance of the villa itself. Outfitted with all you’ll need to enjoy this spectacular vista, Villa Acai’s lower deck surrounds a freeform pool, lined with an array of sun loungers, accessible by a set of stairs; take a dip in the cool waters of the pool after a spell of sunbathing to beat the heat. Exterior lighting and a pool heating feature make the prospect of a cool evening dip as the evening sky rolls in too good an offer to resist.

The upper deck that wraps around the villa has an array of seating options, and no matter where you stand, sit or recline, the opportunity to survey the shimmering waters before you can never be lost. Beneath a shaded section of the terrace, a superb dining table and an unforgettable dining experience with the Caribbean as your backdrop awaits. Outfitted with a long comfortable sofa, a barbeque and a breakfast table, the villa is perfectly suited to living the high life outdoors; small wonder that guests may be reluctant to head inside!

Stylish, bright and well-appointed, the interior of Villa Acai is spacious, thanks to its lofty ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The generously sized living room, which also accesses the wraparound terrace at various points, is the social centre of the villa. An all-encompassing sofa at the core, the living room is ideally suited to gathering everyone together, whether it’s for casual conversations or chilling out in front of the TV for some downtime. The kitchen efficiently sized and suitably equipped for any culinary challenge, lies adjacent to the living room.

With relaxation at the forefront, the bedrooms instil a sense of calm, featuring only the essentials to allow the mind and body to relax and unwind fully. All three bedrooms contain a luxurious king-size bed to sink into each evening, as well as their own en-suite bathrooms. All rooms also have access to the terrace; whether you wish to catch the first rays of the glorious morning sun on the veranda, or watch the stars appear as the evening rolls into night, before turning in for the close of the day, or both, Villa Acai aims to please.
