Welcome to A Summer Place on the Beach, a luxury 7 bedroom private beachfront villa nestled by the bluer than blue waters of Discovery Bay.

Villa Summer Place is in a superb location on its own sandy beach, idyllic for a Caribbean family vacation. Its surroundings are mesmerizing panoramas of azure water and lush green hills. Multicoloured bougainvillaea, hibiscus, sea grape, almond, ginger lilies and coconut adorn the manicured grounds. A large side yard is a perfect place for children to play to their hearts' content.

The interior design is immaculately tasteful with a combination of style and comfort in all the right ways. The large open plan living room features an entertainment centre with a 30" DSS television, VCR and assortment of videos for all ages. French doors open from the living room to a 1,500-square-foot, beautifully furnished veranda. Charmingly draped with beautiful Thunbergia blossoms, the veranda is the heart of this happy home. This breezy veranda is a paradise for reading, playing games, snoozing, watching hummingbirds feed on the flowers or just taking in the magnificent surrounds of natural beauty. You will also be quite near the pool for a refreshing dip. From the pool terrace, it's only a few steps onto the 100' white sand beach. Guests are invited to use the snorkelling equipment and sea kayaks for great fun on the beautiful water.

Delicious home-cooked meals include Jamaican, American and Continental specialities. Memorable meals are served on the terrace or in the more formal dining area on a 250-year-old family heirloom table that seats 14. On special occasions, dinner is served in the pool gazebo or the main gazebo at the end of the jetty. The waterfront gazebo is also a favourite spot for massages, cocktails and watching glorious sunsets across the bay.

STAFF When you stay at A Summer Place, you will be personally cared for by The Villa’s own butler, two wonderful housekeepers together with your own chef. Located near Fortlands Road's entrance (a 10-15 minute walk or 3-minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full-service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
