Welcome to Exceptional Villas’ modern 4-bedroom villa, 360. This villa is named after the sensational 360-degree views that surround it. Accommodating 8 guests comfortably, villa 360 enjoys views of the Caribbean Sea, the rolling hillside, and the Petite cul-de-sac beach. The villa is suitable for families, friends and couples travelling to St Barths.

This vacation rental is ideally based in the quiet, secluded area of Petite cul-de-sac. The area here is lush with tropical vegetation and is a short distance from many of the island’s top beaches, including grad cul-de-sac and marigot beach.

Making your way into this modern and open plan villa you will immediately notice the spacious atmosphere. As the living areas seamlessly transition onto the terrace it creates an indoor/outdoor space. Indulge in this island lifestyle as you sip on a freshly brewed cup of coffee as the sun stretches of the island or dine alfresco under the stars. The villa comes with a BBQ, perfect for entertaining guests. The infinity edge swimming pool is heated and has steps into the water. The silky waters are refreshing to swim in. It has ample privacy to enjoy the heated pool and partially covered terrace. The terrace also has its own half bath.

The living room is designed with modern furnishings, white plush sofas, HDTV with apple TCV, a formal dining area seating 8 guests’ ad a fully equipped kitchen. The White walls bounce light around the room and the dark floors keep the space refreshed. The kitchen is one one side of the room with the sitting area to the other. The space enjoys spectacular sea views. The interiors are also equipped with wi-fi, air-conditioning and a sound system.

LOCATION DETAILS
360 is located along the east coast of St Barths, in Petite cul-de-sac. This Caribbean villa overlooks the ocean and is embedded in an area of lush tropical vegetation. Petite Cul De Sac is a short 5-minute drive from the villa. The beach here has sugar fine sand, perfect for spending a day on the beach with a freshly packed picnic. This beach borders a shallow, well protected bay, and the water is warm and relatively calm. There are several restaurants and luxury hotels dotted along the fringe of the beach. It also offers a windsurfing rental station.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants, and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast. Villa Angel is based in Vitet. The villa is nearest to the sandy shores of Marigot beach and Lorient Beach.

St Jean beach is under a short fifteen-minute drive from the villa. This beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island and is based right beside the Eden Rock Hotel.
