• Tulum is a remote location where a shortage of electricity and water can occur, 16Tulum is equipped with a generator for basic power amenities, 16Tulum or the owner will not be held responsible for any outage

• No smoking
• 16Tulum is not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, or damage of any valuable belongings. We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool.
• We ask that our guests check that all windows and doors are locked when they leave the room for security and extreme weather.
