Villa Gardenia has the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or honeymoon. This luxury Hill Estate cottage features a plunge pool and private sun deck, as well as views of the Caribbean Sea, Nevis Peak, St. Kitts and the Robert Trent Jones II golf course.

This cottage is an extension of our Villa Utopia with Pool and does not feature a kitchen or guest barbecue.

What it does have is a bright and airy feel to it. It is decked out with smooth timber flooring, table and two chairs positioned in front of the main window with wonderful views. It also boasts a king-size bed which also has lovely views of the Caribbean landscape.

The bathroom area is decked out with a good-sized bathtub for long soaks and double “His” and “Hers” washbasins. There is also a private outdoor shower area for that real tropical experience.

The cottage leads down to your own private plunge pool area which also boasts two sun loungers ideally positioned to relax and soak in the sun.

Villas on the Stewarts Estate are positioned overlooking the resort and beach. They have full access to the facilities and amenities of the Four Seasons Resort such as:

For a larger family gathering, this villa can be combined with Villa Utopia and Villa Eternity to make a fabulous 7 bedroom estate. The villas are a short walk away from each other. The villas are also ideally situated just a short drive from the islands main attractions

Restaurants
The Resort features many gourmet restaurants and bars offering a wide range of fresh, locally sourced and delicious dining experiences that capture the culture and flavours of Nevis.

~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, it offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes which will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelette station, fresh-baked pastries and more. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant Crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

~ Mango’s~ A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colourful modern Caribbean menu in an alfresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also, a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

~ Bars~ Crown Monkey Rum Bar, Kastaways Beach Bar and the very popular Kool Rummings Rum cart are perfectly located on the resort so never too far away. Guests will also have a full beach service while relaxing under the Nevis sunshine.

Golf Course
Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighbouring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea. This course will not only challenge your game with its constant elevation changes, but you will also encounter the ruins of a historic sugar mill and maybe even a friendly monkey or two cheering you on.

Beach & Pools
The spectacular Pinney’s' Beach is located just steps away from the Resort. Play in the waves, go snorkelling or relax in a private cabana-style beach house complete with a flat-screen TV, books and magazines, toys for children, an open-air deck, and a dedicated House Attendant. Or, soak up the sun at any of the Resort’s three infinity-edge swimming pools.

Tennis
Four Seasons Resort Nevis provides tennis lovers with everything they could need. Comprised of four red clay courts and six hard courts (half of which are lit up for night play), the Resort’s tennis facilities are truly world-class. The pro shop, located in the sports pavilion, offers everything from equipment to clothing to accessories, and you can even arrange to take lessons from tennis pro.

At the Resort’s Sports Pavilion, you’ll find a bevy of state-of-the-art workout equipment including free weights and cardiovascular machines. You can work out with a personal trainer and participate in a variety of fitness classes and activities such as yoga, exercise, golf, and more. Or, enjoy a walk or a run on one of the jogging paths.
