Deep in the heart of Tuscany lies a picturesque little town village Fabbrica. Here you have a beautifully and carefully restored 18th Century house called Villa Angelica. The property sits in the centre of the village but still maintains its privacy with a fenced/walled garden to the back. The village itself is sleepy and has some quaint little shops and cafes.

Villa Angelica was built around the mid-1800s and then restored in recent times. The inside of the house has that rustic feel which is synonymous with Tuscany. With arched ceilings, local pottery and precious paintings that adorn the walls, you really do gey the feeling that you are staying somewhere special. Even some of the furnishings date back to the 1800s and take pride of place in the living room area.

The house is on 2 levels with the living room, dining and kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a twin room with here with a bathroom with a shower adjacent to it. Upstairs you have 4 rooms made up of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. They all have fantastic views of the undulating Tuscan landscape that flows passed the back of the house.

Outside in the garden area you will find the swimming pool (10mx5m) and the Jacuzzi area, surrounding the pool are sun loungers and garden furnishings. The countryside is speckled with vineyards, olive trees and hills that go all the way to the marvellous city of Volterra. There is a large patio area also which is great for Al fresco dining.

There is nothing more special than sharing a barbeque with loved ones on a sunny evening in Tuscany. Sharing stories and sipping wine as another sun slowly sets behind the hilltops of Tuscany.

Villa Angelica is an ideal location for those keen to spend a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury or for those keen to visit the many historical cities in the area.
