This villa has a traditional Caribbean feel about it with large plantation pictures donning the walls and bright colours all around. It has a tastefully designed living area which is located in the middle of this villa with 2 bedrooms each off to the left and right of it. The living area is the perfect place for everyone to sit back or be entertained. It is equipped with a large flat-screen television with cable TV and DVD player. You really get a feeling of relaxation and well being from the surroundings.

From here there are double doors that lead onto a stunning covered terrace with breathtaking views of the Caribbean sunsets which makes this Luxury Nevis villa the perfect house to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. Outdoor dining is a must here with the scenery and tranquillity as a great addition.

Just below the veranda, you'll find a large private infinity pool which has a majestic look about it. This is surrounded by marble decking where you have sun loungers, tables and chairs to chill out on. This is a perfect area for relaxing, listen to music, reading a book or enjoy a bite of lunch.

This luxury Nevis villas comes with 3 bedrooms and also a cottage room as well. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd has a twin room and the 3rd a queen size bed; all these rooms are en suite. The cottage area has a king-size bed in it. Each of these rooms has its own private doors out to the veranda.

The Resort features many gourmet restaurants and bars offering a wide range of fresh, locally sourced, and delicious dining experiences that capture the culture and flavors of Nevis.

~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes that will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, an omelet station, fresh-baked pastries, and more. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant Crudo bar with raw seafood, burrata, and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

~ Mango’s~ A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colorful modern Caribbean menu in an alfresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also, a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

~Bars~ Crown Monkey Rum Bar, Kastaways Beach Bar, and the very popular Kool Rummings Rum cart are perfectly located on the resort so never too far away. Guests will also have a full beach service while relaxing under the Nevis sunshine.

Golf Course
Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighboring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea. This course will not only challenge your game with its constant elevation changes, but you will also encounter the ruins of a historic sugar mill and maybe even a friendly monkey or two cheering you on.
