Mango Spa
The spa at Belle Mont Farm is nestled high on the mountain at the very top of Kittitian Hill and planned within an ancient mango grove hence the name Mango Spa. You will be able to choose from indigenous-inspired therapies and wild harvested, all organic “wet” treatments, developed in partnership with Sedona Resorts and offered in rooms hidden away on the edge of the forest or amongst the natural pools. Secluded and peaceful, you’ll experience pure relaxation while surrounded by nature in a meditative and reflective space. Mango Walk is also a place for learning and sharing knowledge. Organic Farm
Kittitian Hill’s organic farm will offer the largest selection of tropical fruit in the Caribbean, from100 types of mango to indigenous varieties such as mamie apples and soursop. Coffee crops and cocoa plants will be in abundance, as well as vegetables, including Cassava.
Gourmet
Good food is at the heart of Belle Mont Farm. Farmers, foragers and chefs ensure that dishes are prepared from the freshest ingredients harvested from the surrounding land and Caribbean Sea. 90% of the restaurants’ dishes are sourced from local purveyors and the farm. The Executive Chef Christophe at Belle Mont farm oversees The Kitchen restaurant & The Mill bar located at The Great House, as well as distinct dining experiences at an outdoor communal farm table, and a 12-course tasting menu served at The Terrace. For freshly prepared catering on a whim, the Atelier Gourmet food truck offer meals skilfully cooked at your doorstep of your villa.
