Welcome to Serenissima represented by Exceptional Villas, this is a very elegant recently built, luxurious 7 bedroom house, that lies in the very heart of Tuscany. This is a real taste of Tuscany, set on a hilltop surrounded by 50 acres of woodland with breathtaking panoramic views of the Sienese countryside. This luxury Italian villa rental is just 5 minutes from the town of San Casciano dei Bagni which is a very charming little town located in southern Tuscany. The city of Siena is a 90 minute drive.

As you enter this luxury villa rental you will notice that it is furnished to a very high standard. The house features a grand living room with a rustic open fireplace and high ceilings. The colours throughout the house are muted and peaceful and the rooms are beautifully decorated with quality fabrics and antiques.

Serenissima is set on 3 levels; on the ground floor is the main living area which occupies one end of the house. It comes complete with TV, satellite, CD, DVD player and open fireplace. This opens out to the swimming pool through double French doors. On the other side of the house is the dining room with seating for up to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen which is great if you want to bring in a private chef and also for private Italian cooking classes which can be arranged for the villa. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor.

The master bedroom is very spacious and comes with an elegant king side four-poster bed and views over the garden with door opening to the pool. There is a beautifully finished ensuite bathroom with both tub and shower facilities. The second ground floor bedroom has twin iron framed beds and an adjacent private bathroom. Yet another twin bedroom which is ensuite with shower is situated on the lower level. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.

The upper floor consists of a second master bedroom (King) with a four-poster bed and en suite with bathtub and shower. It has an alcove, lots of closet space and two large windows that frame the beautiful countryside view. The second room has a double bed, en suite with desk and dresser. It opens out to a private west-facing terrace with amazing views of Monte Amiata and Monte Cetona. The other 2 rooms are made up of 2 twin beds in one and a double room in the other. These share a bathroom that lies down the hallway. Another great inclusion is that the garden and pool area can be accessed from the top floor via external steps.

Serenissima has a wonderful outdoor area for all to enjoy. All year-round gardeners keep the property looking beautiful. The scent of fresh Rosemary can be picked up by the senses coming directly from the herb garden that lies adjacent to the villa. Your own private swimming pool has awe-inspiring views of the rolling hills of Tuscany and complimentary sun loungers are on hand so you can soak up the sun daily.

We can organize to have a private chef come and cook up an authentic Italian meal made with the freshest local produce, while you and your guests take in the striking Tuscan sunset over some canapés and cocktails… Bellissimo!!
