Villa Rodolfo is a beautifully restored farmhouse surrounded by olive trees and vineyards near the historical city of Lucca in Tuscany. Guests staying here can enjoy the peace and tranquillity synonymous with the area; admire the views of rolling hills and sweeping valleys while relaxing in the comfort of your own 4 bedroom manor.

Once inside the villa, you will notice the generous size of the villa which becomes flooded with natural light throughout the day. The living room is a welcoming open space that extends from the front to the back of the building in three sections, including two smaller sitting rooms and a TV room with a custom-designed fireplace. We also have the main dining room here with a wooden top table seating up to 12 guests. This is a perfect space to host a dinner with family and friends or a cooking class with a professional chef.

Villa Rodolfo is set on 2 levels and it is very easy to access the first-floor area. Upstairs you will find 3 ensuite bedrooms; the first has a queen bed with shower room, the second has queen/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with claw foot tub, the third has a queen/twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have beamed ceilings and exquisite hardwood floors with under-floor heating.

On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom and this comes ensuite with a Turkish-styled bath. An added bonus to this room is the doors that lead to the garden and relaxation area. The sumptuous front garden is perfect for an aperitif after a long afternoon lounging in the pool or for a Tuscan al-fresco dinner while enjoying the view of a breathtaking sunset over Lucca. The location of Villa Rodolfo couldn’t be more convenient, with Florence just an hour away and the Tuscan sandy beaches of Viareggio just 30 minutes away.

Villa Rodolfo is perched on the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley just a few kilometers south of Lucca. The location guarantees a great deal of privacy as well as breathtaking views during the day and at sunset. Also, the most sought-after Tuscan tourist locations are within a 1-hour drive from the villa, giving the guests plenty of options to customize their Tuscan experience.

Good to know:
• Security deposit: €1,000 to be held by the agency
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
