Radwood is nestled in the family community of Fitts Village, St. James, on the platinum West Coast of Barbados. The villa rests on the ocean sands with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Right in front of the house, there is a beautiful reef and if you walk a couple of minutes to the left or right, you will find lovely areas for swimming.

Fitts Village is just a couple of minutes away and here you will find a lovely fishing village with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Golf is available at The Sandy Lane and Westmoreland clubs within a 10-minute drive.

The lovely village of Holetown is also a short drive where you will find a wonderful selection of both designer and local shops to choose from. This area in Barbados is also famous for its restaurants and there is an incredible selection of beautiful ocean-front restaurants to choose from.

This beautiful villa is sitting right on the beach allowing guests to view the stunning ocean views and soak up the sunshine! Radwood guests can access the glorious beach via a pathway passing manicured gardens. Jet skis, beach vendors, sunbeds, hotels, and condominiums are nowhere to be seen, just yards of powdery beach and exceptional swimming and snorkeling in the privacy of your own beachfront haven.

This spectacular villa is the ideal place for entertaining; it has wonderful decking and entertaining areas where you can enjoy cocktails with friends and admire the incredible scenery while breathing in the sea air. The villa offers a wonderful outdoor plunge pool for guests to enjoy!

This architectural-designed luxurious beachfront home comprises 3 wonderfully spacious en suite bedrooms on the upper level – the master suite includes it's very own private ocean-facing terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.

On the lower level, a stylish modern kitchen with breakfast bar adjoins with dining and living areas all of which open onto a wide covered terrace with dining and lounging furniture. This home is ideal for entraining with the outdoor furniture and decking it provides the perfect place for Alfresco dining with family and friends.

Staff
Housekeeper: 6 days per week: 9am to 3pm
Cook: 6 days per week: 8 hrs per day – prepares 2 consecutive meals a day so breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner
