Welcome to our over water villa located the One and Only Reethi Rah, the most luxurious and exquisite resort located within the North Male' Atoll in the Maldives. This incredibly naturally beautiful island has been wonderfully preserved and turned into an exclusive exotic oasis.

Standing high on stilts, and connected to the island by over-water walkways, this 1 bedroom villa is perched right over the turquoise lagoon and offer a mesmerizing ocean views and water access. There are only four Water Villas per cluster and each is facing a different direction to ensure an exclusive view and maximum privacy for our guests.

Inside you'll find an airy bedroom with a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows revealing immersive water-to-sky views. A separate living space for lounging and dining meets a wide-windowed bathroom, the elegant over sized tub offering its own breathtaking view of the tranquil waters beyond.

Discover wrap-around netted hammocks suspended just above the sparkling water on the split-level wooden deck that encases the villa and a coconut-thatched covered veranda.

Our 1 bedroom over-water villa has a 42 m2 covered veranda and a split-level 16.5 m2 deck. Enjoy this seamless transition between exterior and interior living here in your private villa. The villa spans across 1,603 sq. ft in total

Designed with a contemporary elegance, the water villa has a stylish feel combined with a diverse Asian influence, blending clean lines with the skillful use of natural materials such as coconut shell, sea grass, silk, rattan, teak, mahogany, terrazzo and thatch.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 3 ADULTS OR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN
Children under 12 years old are permitted to stay in Water Villas only with a guardian’s signed disclaimer form.

LOCATION:
One&Only; Reethi Rah is located in the North Malé Atoll, a jewel among a string of coral atolls, lagoons and white sands.
44 hectares (109 acres) in area, 6 kilometres (3.7 miles) in circumference with 12 pristine beaches of soft white coral sand.
Transfers from Velana International Airport to the resort are provided either by luxury boat (45min) or seaplane (15min).
For convenience, time at One&Only; Reethi Rah has been set one hour ahead of Malé time, providing an extra hour of daylight (GMT+6).
