Welcome to Landfall Villa Barbados, represented by EXCEPTIONAL VILLAS. Landfall is a stunning beachfront luxury villa rental located directly on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach. Sandy Lane Beach is an exquisite and hugely popular location with visitors.

Landfall has breathtaking views of the entire bay. The calm aquamarine water is perfect for swimming, and the bay offers an endless expanse of white sand for strolling or just soaking up a wonderful tan. The Sandy Lane Hotel is a two-minute walk along the beach where golf, dining, or spa treatments can be arranged. It is also a short walk to all the amenities in Holetown where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars together with local and designer shopping.

Landfall has some truly beautiful features, including a central courtyard with cascading tropical flowers and a bubbling fountain, a spacious living area overlooking the pool, and stunning beach and luxury bedrooms. This unique property is ideal for entertaining -- accommodating sunset cocktails in the Jacuzzi, midday lunch parties around the swimming pool, and starlit barbeques on the beach with family and friends.

This distinctive two-story, six-bedroom property offers the ultimate beachfront luxury. The ground floor reveals two spacious bedrooms, a gazebo, a dining room, and a spacious indoor living area overlooking the pool and stunning beach. A sunken living room with numerous comfortable sofas and lounges provides a place to relax in cool surroundings.

There is a large free-form infinity-edged swimming pool, a separate heated jacuzzi, a barbeque pit, and an adjacent beachside gazebo. The pool terrace features a sunken seating area that leads to the air-conditioned bar.

Upstairs a truly fabulous master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom awaits you. The master bedroom balcony provides a breath-taking view of Sandy Lane Beach. Three equally fantastic air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms upstairs, provide ample space for a large group or family. Also located upstairs is a fantastic TV room which provides comfortable seating and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, VCR, and a surround-sound stereo system. There is also an upstairs lounge, offering another quiet haven to sit, relax and read a book.

The property has had some upgrades recently, turning the study into a small gym for guests to use with a rowing machine, bike, and free weights. This space is ideal for guests to stay active while on vacation if they so wish.

STAFF:
Landfall is run by a fully trained staff consisting of
• Chef - 8:30am – 1:30pm and then 5:30 – 8:30pm with 1 day off
• Butler - 8:30am – 1:30pm and then 5:30 – 8:30pm with 1 day off
• Housekeeper - 8:30am – 1:30pm and then 5:30 – 8:30pm with 1 day off
• Laundress 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday and 8:30am – 12:30pm on Saturday
• Gardener 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday and half day on Saturday
• Night Security 6:00pm – 6:00am 7 days a week
• Dedicated Villa Manager

Landfall sleeps 12 people, but we will allow a maximum of 15 if the extra 3 are children 12 and under. If there are 14 or more people, an additional staff member MAY be brought on to assist our staff at a rate of US$50.00 per day. This additional cost is the responsibility of the Guest/Client.

Babysitters can be provided on request (an additional fee applies, payable on Island), and food and drink supplies can also be provided with prior notice. Landfall is adjacent to the Sandy Lane Estate and Golf Course, just a quarter-mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetown.
