Welcome to Happy Bay, a fabulous 4 bedroom villa with private pool located on the northern coast of the Caribbean island of St Martin and within a short drive from Friar’s Bay and the beautiful secluded beach of Happy Bay. This spectacular 4 bedroom ultra luxurious property with private pool has been recently refurbished and offers the most incredible views of the pristine white sandy beach and sparkling azure sea beyond

Happy Bay lies to the Northwest of St Martin between Friars Bay and the Bay of Grand Case. It is without a doubt one of the most breathtaking beaches on the Island. It is also one of the quietest and most undiscovered beaches in St Martin. You will be taken by the beauty of this tropical intimate bay with gorgeous views, beautiful white sandy beach and palm trees to provide shade. It is excellent for snorkelling and in fact it offers one of the best snorkel spots in St Martin.

The villa itself is superb with unobstructed views of the sea from the beautiful heated infinity-edge pool, sundeck and gazebo.

The interior living spaces include a large air-conditioned living room with a dining area and a gourmet kitchen, all opening out to the pool deck. There is also a media room with large flat-screen TV.
Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has a fabulous ocean view from large French windows opening out to the pool terrace.
Can be rented as 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa!

The four bedrooms are off the main salon and under one roof. Each has interior and exterior doors for access to the pool, a small office/workspace, and fabulous sea views. Three bedrooms are accessible from a large media room with a flat-screen TV, perfect for teenagers and kids to share this wing of the villa. The master bedroom, located on the opposite side of the villa, is its own private oasis. Private for some but still connected given all bedrooms are under the same roof and all accessible from the inside. Each bathroom is uniquely designed in interesting mixes of materials and stylish fixtures plus they are fully air-conditioned.

There is one king size bedroom while the other 3 bedrooms feature a queen bed. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom however it is important to note that one of the bedrooms has their own bathroom that is located outside the bedroom.

Construction at this villa until November 30th

A villa construction site has just started on the piece of land below the Villa Happy Bay and we will therefore be providing solutions to facilitate rental.
The disadvantages will be based only on the sound level, created by caterpillar-type machines will be present on the ground at the start of construction, until the end of March , followed later by less significant construction's noises, but that will still be present.

Construction Site hours 7am to 3pm

The view from the house will not be affected, and the privacy of the customers will not be affected either because the construction site is located on the lower part of the land below the house. ( the only place to view and be viewed is from the Gazebo at the corner of the Pool.)


The owner is therefore ready to offer a 30% discount to all customers who agree to stay in the Villa knowing the surrounding conditions for dates of stay up to November 30th .

Heated Pool Note:
The pool can and will be heated only in the Winter months from December 16th to April 15th every year.
The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 Celcius. If guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform our concierge team prior to arrival, as it needs to be set by the maintenance team. Guests are not allowed to change pool temperature themselves
