The villa is situated on the hillside in Petite Saline offering peace and privacy. The villa boasts wonderful views of the neighboring islands of Anguilla and St Maarten from the terrace. The villa can accommodate up to ten guests. Ginger offers you and your loved one an authentic island-style vacation in a serene location.

A short two-minute drive (1.9km) will lead you to the soft sandy shore of Lorient Beach. This beach is located along the northern coast of St Barts. Here you can spend a day on the beach and sunbathe if you wish. Swim in the fresh salty waters or walk along the shoreline and breathe in the crisp Caribbean air.

It is a great family beach, and perfect for a day full of relaxation and fun water activities. The warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so any young children can play safely. If you want to indulge in some exciting water sports activities, then Lorient is the perfect place to go snorkeling.

Exploring these waters is incredible, as it holds an abundance of tropical fish and you might even spot a sea turtle. The strong waves further away from the shore make Lorient something of a surfing hot spot, so there is something to do for everyone. Here you will find the island’s surf hut and it’s here that people of all abilities can have the chance to take surf lessons.

From its perch high above Petit Saline, the luxury rental property gives its residents panoramic views across the Grand Fond mountaintop, Saba, St. Martin, Anguilla, Fourchue Island, Bonhomme, Toc Vert, and the surf at Lorient.

After spending a day on the beach, you can return to the seclusion of the villa. The main living areas are discovered off the main terrace. The wide-angle views through the broad ceiling to floor windows not only flood the space with light but also blends the exterior living areas with the interiors. The room is designed using an open-air layout which is the hallmark of the newly constructed Villa Ginger. The open-air design allows a lovely tropical sea breeze to waft through, but there’s also the option of closing the indoors against the elements, and all the bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The clean, sophisticated design is perfected using white walls and soothing Beton Ciré floors that are refreshing on the soles of your feet. This gracious abundance of space embeds a profusion of modern conveniences. The indoor and outdoor areas are fitted with secure Wi-Fi and sound systems.

Delving into the details of the main living area the sitting room holds a large Apple TV and a Bose sound system which also includes speakers in all five bedrooms. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The area is separated from the living area by a sleek island and a state-of-the-art minibar. The kitchen's appliances include two very spacious refrigerators, an oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, wine storage, a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. Our concierge can take care of grocery shopping or booking, or anything else you may require.

The villa features a wonderful dining area which is partially covered and seats up to ten guests. From the dining table, you have the most spectacular views over the island and the Caribbean Sea beyond.

The villa also offers its own private fitness room. This room features an array of equipment such as weight machines, a treadmill, step machine, stationary bike, reclining stationary cycle, rowing machine, and weights. The room is fitted with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature when working out as well as a high-resolution TV, sound system, iPod connection, secure Wi-Fi, bathtub, half bath, and a refrigerator

The terrace is a key feature of this villa with an elongated 60-foot heated infinity pool, ocean views, alfresco dining, and outdoor seating. As you walk out onto the terrace you can watch the sunrises and sunsets over this tranquil tropical island.

As you swim in the pool perch yourself along the edge and watch the boats sail by or the clouds glide across the sky. The heated waters of the still infinity pool are perfect to slip into all year round, at the perfect temperature. Enjoy the tropical ambiance as the breeze rustles through the tall swaying palm trees and the sweet-smelling fragrances of the exotic flowers carry on the air.

It is easy to relax here on the comfortable sofas on the terrace. Snooze under the shaded gazebo or read a book on the plush sofas. You can even listen to your favorite music on the sound system, streamed online from the secure Wi-Fi. Feel the sun warm your toes and touch your cheeks. Ginger villa in St Barts features 5 luxury bedrooms each with a private en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms feature king-sized beds. On the lower level, you will discover two bedrooms that are slightly smaller than those located on the upper level. These rooms share access to an outdoor Jacuzzi and terrace with incredible views. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the pool level.

These are arrayed around the living area and are slightly different in style. They offer European king-sized beds, High-resolution TVs, and en-suite bathrooms separated from the sleeping quarters by dressing areas. The indoor showers in these bathrooms can be opened to the outdoors, or you can simply gaze through the shower windows onto the private garden.

The villa boasts wonderful views of the neighboring islands of Anguilla and St Maarten from the terrace. Gustaf III Airport is located 5km from the villa.

The villa is only a minutes’ drive to the nearest Lorient Beach (1.9km). This beach is located along the northern coast of St Barts. The beach has warm shallow waters inside the coral reef that are calm, so any young children can play safely. The beach is great for snorkeling as it holds an abundance of tropical fish and sea turtles. There are strong waves further away from the shore which makes Lorient a surfing hot spot. It also has an island’s surf hut where you are offered the chance to take surf lessons.

St-Jean beach is a further 4km from the villa which equates to a seven-minute drive. This beach offers you something different again as it is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. The area close to the airport is great for windsurfing and bodyboarding. Equipment can be hired from Carib Waterplay on the beach itself. Visiting St Jean beach is only one of the best things to do in St Barts.
