There are two really excellent restaurants within walking distance including the very well-known Mullins Beach Bar. In addition, when you stay at Belair, you will be able to enjoy the exclusive member’s facilities at Sugar Hill including a clubhouse, tennis courts and a stunning swimming pool. Directly across the road from Belair, you will be able to enjoy the facilities of the Indulgence Spa and fitness center which is also managed by Royal Westmoreland.

Belair offers 4 spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms in the main house with two additional bedrooms in the adjoining guest house sleeping up to 12 people. The spacious living room leads directly onto the huge beachfront terrace. This is the perfect place for alfresco dining with friends and family, sunbathing or just watching the stunning sunsets with a relaxing cocktail. A couple of steps from the Terrace and you are in the sea.

Belair has a real family feel to it and parents can literally lie on the Terrace and watch their children play a few meters away on the beach.

In addition, there is a modern home entertainment system, high-speed wifi, free international calls and air-conditioned bedrooms.

STAFF: Belair is also well known for its staff. You will be completely pampered by our two housekeepers/laundresses and a very experienced cook who will prepare three consecutive meals a day. Our guests repeatedly tell us the food is delicious. There is also a night watchman shared with the villa next door and a part-time gardener.
