Welcome to Villa Balinese, our luxury three bedroom Ocean-front Villa situated on the south shore of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos.

Villa Balinese is just a 2-minute drive to a nearby small beach, and only a 10-minute drive to the Grace Bay beach and resort area. Nearby you will find plenty of amenities such as grocery shopping, restaurants and the airport.

As this Luxury Villa is built on an elevated crescent-shaped ridge, it boasts stunning views which overlook the Caribbean waters. The villa is surrounded by panoramic views of the spectacular clear blue ocean. It truly is an extraordinary vacation home with the best there is to offer in Caribbean luxury.

From the moment you arrive at this stunning villa you will feel you have landed in complete paradise. The villas’ exterior entrance consists of fabulous cascading waterfalls flanked by a row of coconut palms. The 4,200 square feet interior space offers plenty of space for the whole family. On entering the great room, you will be blown away by the travertine marble flooring, exceptionally high ceilings and walls made up of tiles intricately patterned by Asian pearl-stone.

The great room offers stunning ocean views which leads to a large sunken living room with adjoining granite bar, including an icemaker, fridge and 2 wine coolers. This is the ideal place to relax with family and friends before dinner.

There is a 50" plasma TV and music centre for your daytime or night-time viewing. There are high pocket wall to wall glass doors which expand the living room to the large outdoor pool terrace which overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The pool and terrace is one of the nicest places to relax and enjoy a dip in the stunning pool while admiring the fantastic ocean views.

The kitchen is situated to the right of the villa and is a gourmet chef's delight consisting of a stainless steel Viking appliance, 6-burner gas stove, cabinetry made of custom wood, black granite countertops and for informal dining-a centre island counter with stools.
For more of a formal dining experience, an area to the left of the villa is furnished in Indonesian teak providing seating for 6. The formal dining area is a wonderful place to entertain all of your villa guests.

The villa comes with 3 luxury bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests. The master bedroom wing boasts an incredible ocean view though the glass doors. You are just steps from the adjoining angular pool. The master suite has a stunning en-suite bathroom featuring a raised bathtub and overhead waterfall showerhead, next to a separate shower alcove. The master room also features a walk-in closet. The suite has its own private courtyard terrace to furthermore take in the breath-taking views and south eastern breezes.

The opposite wing consists of two en-suite bedrooms also offering fantastic ocean views, each with wall to wall glass doors giving access to the pool. The second guest room also has steps leading into the pool and each of the guest rooms have a private balcony furnished with handcrafted Balinese daybeds. The villa consists of a stunning collection of fabulous imported Balinese-Indo style furniture with stunning antique pieces, ornamentals and artwork.

The main attraction of the Villas terraced pool area is the oversized infinity pool made up of emerald green stone which also has an arched pool bridge at the end. Above the main pool is an infinity edge heated Jacuzzi pool. Both pools consist of fantastic panoramic ocean views.
There is a beautiful walkway to the ocean which goes by a picturesque thatched gazebo. Here one can indulge in a relaxing massage. The pathway continues down to the ocean, accessed by several steps leading to an enjoyable swim.
